Printed on luxurious 300gsm natural white cotton for exceptional clarity and depth, this vibrant piece captures one of Guernsey's most beloved locations.

This more unusual view of the bathing pools is taken from sea level and initial sketches and photographs were taken whilst out on a kayak tour. It is one of several 'views from a kayak' the others from the same bay looking out towards Castle Cornet. The initial media is water colour and water colour markers so that colours can bleed and blend into each other seamlessly. There are also some pastel highlights. The colour palette of purples, pinks and blues has been chosen to tie the pieces together and help reflect the changing lights across the pieces.
